Affording The Oaks School

• 2024-2025 Tuition - Kindergarten-2nd grade: $7,350

• Annual Activity Fee - Kindergarten-2nd grade: $175

A family who enrolls their child(ren) for the academic year commits to pay the tuition and activity fee for that year.

If a family chooses to withdraw after enrolling their child at The Oaks, a portion of tuition is required based on the following dates:

• 50% of the full tuition amount if withdrawn before May 1
• 75% of the full tuition amount if withdrawn before July 1.
• 100% of the full tuition amount if withdrawn after July 1.

Exception to the withdrawal policy:

• If a family is required to move more than sixty (60) miles from The Oaks School campus, the family’s financial responsibility may be reduced. Such a request should be submitted, accompanied by documented proof of requirement to move, via email or letter, to the Head of School.

Redeemer Church members receive a 10% discount on tuition for each child.

Multi-child discount: Families with more than one child enrolled receive a 2.5% for the second child (the oldest child paying full tuition), a 5% discount for the 3rd child and 10% discount for the 4th child.

The enrollment deposit is $400/child.

The enrollment deposit is a nonrefundable prepayment of the tuition for the academic year in which your child is enrolling and holds a place at The Oaks School for your child.

The Oaks School offers three payment plans:

• Payment in full by July 5.
• Bi-Annual payment plan. One payment is made in July, the second in December.
• 10-month payment plan beginning in July, ending in April.

All tuition payments are processed by FACTS, a third-party tuition management company. FACTS charges an annual nominal fee for their services.

All families, upon enrolling, will be sent a link to enroll in FACTS.

The Oaks School is a continuous enrollment school. Your student will be automatically re-enrolled for the next school year unless you formally withdraw by completing a withdrawal form which is available from the front office.

All Oaks School students wear uniforms. These uniforms are available to purchase through Land’s End.
